  1. Question:  The prompts sound different, is something wrong with my account? 
    Answer: 
    We recently upgraded all of our technical infrastructure and the new systems have prompts with different voices.  The overall features and functionality are equal to or greater than our previous systems in all regards.  For more information on some of the new features available to you as a CBIZ Conferencing Account Holder please contact your account rep directly at 1-877-GET-GAN1.
  2. Question:  The recording and playback seems to work differently now, can you please explain it? 
    Answer:  Our new recording and playback system is designed to allow a conferencing user to have total control over their recording and playback experience.  We now allow for unique PIN's to be assigned to each recording and the ability to store your recordings indefinitely.  You may also automatically download your recording directly to your desktop or laptop computer with the click of a button.  In order to find out more about this new functionality please call us and we will be happy to go through it with you individually.  All recordings previously created are still accessible through the phone numbers that you currently utilize.  This information is solely for all recordings created after May 7, 2010.  In addition, there are new sets of playback numbers dedicated to each account as listed below:
  • If your dial-in number (the number that you use to access your conference) is (866)-886-5750 then your new playback number is (866) 940-5304
  • If your dial-in number (the number that you use to access your conference) is (866) 886-5751 then your new playback number is (866) 940-5307
  • If your dial-in number (the number that you use to access your conference) is (866) 886-5755 then your new playback number is (888) 820-1508

Here is just a brief listing of some of the other features available to all account holders with the new upgrades:

  • Automated email notification at the completion of each conference call - shows detailed participant information, cost of call, and more
  • Ability to generate reports on all of your account usage
  • Ability to download your recordings in MP3 format
  • Ability to create, edit, and delete conferencing users
  • Seamless integration between phone numbers and https://webinar.cbiz.com upon request
  • Many more
