Installation

Instructions: Complete the form below and click "Install Plug-in" to begin the installation process. Your conferencing account details can be found on your welcome email or wallet card. If you need your information resent to you, simply call your Account Representative or contact our main service desk at 1-877-GET-GAN1.

If you just need to update your conferencing details, and have already installed the plug-in, you can just press the "Update Plug-in" button and when you close Microsoft Outlook your details will be saved and updated.

Important Note:  You must be using an Internet Explorer browser to install this plug-in.  We are in the process off updating the install file to work with Firefox browsers, and the Windows Vista system as well.

Please close your Microsoft Outlook program before pressing the "Install Plug-in" button for easier installation.
